A letter from May 27, 2024

Dear FutureMe, why is it awkward to try and sound like i’m not writing a diary entry or something. hey. the leaves outside my window are turning pink at the tips. will i remember this? who knows. there’s a letter in the third drawer of my dresser btw not to be opened until 2026. i’m assuming i’ll be an entirely different person by the time i read this. i know i was entirely different 2 years ago from today. i wonder how many things will be constant in my life. still skating? still friends with delaney, claire, char and lola? still friends with malina, rachee, kelly, danielle or mishka? still in love with J? better have first kiss details!!! what college will i go to? i know for certain am majoring in psychology. leaning towards abnormal psych rn but who knows what i will decide. my goal for college is uc berkeley. cali here we come? i mean obviously an ivy league would be nice but highly unlikely. anyway i can already tell this sounds stupid but love u!
