A letter from May 20, 2024

Dear FutureMe, Hello, I'm about to graduate from Barrington High School this Thursday!! I can't believe that all the hard work from 12 years will soon be over and my next chapter in life will begin, College!! Where are you in the process of earning your degree/certificates. Don't ever forgot our dreams of becoming a successful baker/business owner. I wonder if I'm still wanting to travel overseas or if I'm even studying German at all. Its so important to know languages you better get on that. How are your friends and family ?? I know that right now I'm a bit nervous about making sure I stay in touch and even making new friends in colleg but I know I'll be fine, Im quite social! In writing this just moments after receiving a letter from 13 year old freshmen me. Omg!! I was so kpop obsessed back then I even wrote about BTS. Crazy!! My current favorites artists are New Jeans, Chappelle Roan, Laufey, and BIBI :)) How much has that changed!! Did me and Fae ever switch our rooms?? Did I ever win the bet I made with mom!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE SAY YOU DID!! Did you ever remodel the basement or at least clean it up so you can work there?? What about starting a business ?? DID YOU GET ON THAT GORL?? Any congrats on graduating !! Love you lots stay safe, get a job, find a boyfriend/girlfriend 🩷
