Time Travelled — about 2 years

Peaceful right?

Dear Gabrielle, So, you're halfway through college. That's pretty big. Maybe it doesn't feel like it, but from my perspective that's pretty major. I'm about to graduate high school, and I'm so excited. Are you excited for your next steps? Junior year of college. I'm excited to know how we're doing. Are we happy, are we healthy? Do we have our future more planned out? If not, that's okay, God has our plan. I'm about to get my IB diploma, and I couldn't be more happy to have made it. This is one of the most difficult educational programs in the world, and I'm about to finish it. I've done some of the most rigorous exams and written publishable research papers and I'm not even an adult yet. Now that we are an adult, what have we done? Are we still striving for success like I am now? How do you view IB now? Are you just as proud of this? Little you wants to keep pushing and making our dreams come true. She's proud of where she came from and knows that we can do it. How is our health? Are we still lifting? Right now I'm heading into a cut pretty soon, and I'm a bit nervous about it. How are we with the bulk/cut cycle? I hope we're still going. It's hard work, but bodybuilding is my dream. We can make it if we work hard enough. Are you bodybuilding yet? Is that still a dream of ours? This is our life and little you wants to do this and knows we can. Have we found love yet? As of right now, I'm lonely, but I know that's okay. God has a perfect plan for us and knows us well. Has He given us our future husband yet? If not, it's okay, life is a rollercoaster, but if He has, that's amazing! I'd be so happy. We've made some mistakes, been in some bad relationships, some abusive and some just wrong, but have we made it? Find me a husband who will protect us and love us and provide for us. Find me a husband who doesn't push all that liberal **** on us like we can't be a mother and wife and we have to make him money. It doesn't work like that. I want to be a good wife and mother before anything else. Remember that. And DON'T SETTLE. We've had that issue in the past. Above all, make sure God is at the center of the relationship. God comes first no matter what. What church do we go to now? What is our faith like? Is it still strong and growing stronger? Do we have a good heart posture and good faith and a good, God-loving community? That is our number one goal at all times. Remember, God saved us, God is our salvation, God is REAL and God is good. Please never forget to worship and pray every night. Find solace in the Lord and fall into the power of the Holy Spirit. Be guided by it. Find love in Christ and power in faith. Never forget how hopeful we were, how excited we were and how happy we were. Fight for little us, live for little us. Remember what fuels us, what keeps us safe and happy and healthy, where our heart lies. I'm proud of you. I know what you've been through, and it's a lot, but I also know that you are strong. I know that you have broken past barriers and made a life and mind for yourself. I know that when you have a goal, you will achieve it. I know you are a hard worker and you are capable. Don't discount the things you've achieved. Do great things. Be faithful. Be strong. Love, 17 year old Gabrielle
