Time Travelled — over 2 years

Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, Hello Tiah I know things are scary right now, you are a little bit lost. You don’t feel like a good mum, you got kicked off of placement and you lost your licence, you are struggling financially. But we know our heart and we know we can make it. Our gorgeous boy Noah is the funniest little being, do you remember waking from a nap and him being butt naked (he took his diaper off) and he put your phone in the toilet???? THATS A SIGN, be present, get off your phone and spend time with our boy. …. If you haven’t figured that out already. He is going to be okay, he’s so loved by so many people Tiah, he is so lucky. Enjoy his milestones and remember he is so much like you. Encourage his kookiness and independence, keep him outside of the expectation of himself. You met this amazing woman Maya. She scared you, because she’s sees you, she sees the worst sides of you and she accepts it. You are NOT a mess, you are not NOTHING. We don’t know what the future holds for us with Maya. But she is ready to find out and I hope that you took that jump too. This opportunity isn’t common and shouldn’t be taken for granted. You have always hated this saying - but it is better to have loved and lost than to never have loved at all. Be brave, have trust and let yourself BE loved. Don’t be scared for the future, embrace it and I hope you have found some kind of quiet amongst the chaos. There’s a tranquility within the silence. I hope you are in a healthy and loving relationship (if not, ***** get out there and be open), I hope our boy is thriving and he’s happy. I hope you are okay, check in and we will talk again in another 2 years (if we’re lucky).
