A letter from Mar 19, 2024

Hey girl! I’m really bored so I thought I’d write to you. How’s flight training going? Do you remember the email that started this? We were like 14 and had just seen the Blue Angels fly and were certain that we’d fly one someday. So certain that we sent ourselves an email telling us to do so lol. Anyways, 19? Thats so crazy. I’m so proud of us for making it this far!!! I’m glad we didn’t **** ourself in 2021. You’re so cool man. You fly planes!!! Never forget how amazing that makes us. I’m 18 rn and supposed to be doing homework, but obviously I’m writing to you. Did you know you go NO emails when you turned 18??? I was so disappointed that I overlooked this birthday. You’re about to take your phase 5 prog check so you can start soloing. It’s scheduled for Thursday, but its supposed to rain, so Im not too optimistic. If you got accepted to ATP, you should've already finished, so are you instructing? Have you gone to college? Man, Im so excited for your future. Happy Birthday!
