Time Travelled — almost 2 years

Peaceful right?

It is OK to celebrate love and feel enthusiastic about love despite being single. Keep a healthy, hopeful mindset and don't be bitter. I went and spread my decorated pebbles today around the city. It's nice to spread love and celebrate valentines/celebrate how beautiful love is in my own creative way. I did think whilst I was in town today, looking at couples that walked past, how different I feel this valentines, compared to valentines when I was younger. My status on Facebook memories for valentines day 2011 was "**** you valentines day". I think back to how I felt on that valentines. I hated myself and felt **** about my virginity and had low self esteem. I feel a million times better and healthier nowadays. Things are not going to work out with Dan. I know he is not the one but I have to remember that that is OK. I did not put so many years into self improvement only to settle for the wrong partner. I've only been dating him for 6 weeks or so. I thought about Chris a bit today. I do still think about him although I know I do not love him anymore. I need to keep aiming for that feeling I had with Chris. The warm, fuzzy feelings, the excitement, the compassion I started to have for him. I was good to him, it is just typical that he was not in the right place to show me the same amount of love back. No matter what you are doing and your relationship status when you get this letter, I am proud of you. Do not be bitter. And please keep going and figuring out life no matter how many obstacles. Love is beautiful and you deserve to give your time to people who you value but who equally value you back. You are so ******* incredible Cassie. I suspect you may be in a bit of a **** situation with the mortgage right now? Try not to worry. I hope you paid off some debt but no matter what, it is only money and your value is more than just your bank balance Cassie. You are such a catch. Keep going Cassie. Let's feel happy about love today. Whether that be the love that other people share, the love you have for family and friends or perhaps your love for your partner if you've been luck enough to meet someone special. I love you always Cassie X
