Dear FutureMe,
Is the future anything like it is in science fiction movies and books?? My guess is no, seeing as how it never has been in the past. Right now there's a large amount of talk about global warming and whatnot, I want to know, is that still going on, or have people either solved global warming, realized it doesn't exist, or realized it does exist but can't be helped?
Is the North American population still really obese? You're not obese, are you? Freaking better not be. Are people still starving in Africa, are there consistently natural disasters that **** thousands of people at a time, especially in third world countires?
Has the world found alternative fuel sources yet? Right now everyone wants to be less dependant on fossil fuels, because it's expensive and they say the carbon dioxide from combustion is what is leading the world to its doom through warm temperatures. From when I'm writing this, I recently stumbled on an article on Wikipedia (which is very popular right now, despite that most entries can be completely false) about the Flying Spaghetti Monster, an alternative to the idea of Creationism. Anyway, I bring this up because it stipulates that global warming is a consequence of the decreasing number of pirates in the world.
Right now, it's hard to find affordable housing in Calgary. I haven't started looking yet, but I know when I do the market isn't going to be any easier to jump in to. I'm wondering about where you're living now, still in Calgary?? Right now I'm deeply involved with Tiffany, and I'd like to know if you guys are still together, or if you broke up and found someone new. This will be dated 20 years into the future... hopefully you keep the same email address, and hopefully I'm still alive to read this.
I'm curious as well, right now it costs about $1.05 for a litre of gas, and I'm wondering if you're still using gas, and if not, what are you using, and how the price of $1.05 makes you feel, is it laughable or what?
Hopefully as reading this you are an engineer, That's why I'm spending so much time going to school for it, don't let me down. If you're not doing that, I sure hope it's something you like.
