you & me & mbz & sjz & diesel

Dear Spanky, I'm sending this @ 12:03 a.m. on July 25. You went out about an hour ago w/SEvans (he did a job in the 'hood.) Right now we are both pretty much unemployed, although my severance doesn't run out until um, now. Today was kind of hairy as mbz/sjz have been pretty cranky/cross/demon-girls. But individually, they've made us laugh: mbz: "I'm troubled by..." don't ask me where a 3 year old learns "troubled!" sjz: grinning w/ tomato sauce all over her head and wobbling into the living room. (I hope it's still not the sage-y greens that we hate.) After dinner tonight, we had a dance party w/Le Tigre and several old b-52s tunes. Dancing/daisy-chaining around the dining room table: you, then mb, then me holding sj. Rememer how they freaked out over Cosmic Thing? it really is a good tune, no matter how old it is. Do you know that people pine for moments like that? Yep, I was thinking that while we were dancing. I always tell you: I really do know how lucky I am. I never let myself take it for granted. Even when I'm being a pain in the butt. I just want you to know that i love you. Hopefully, all will be well when you get this. I hope I'm not 160 lbs or hit by a bus or something. If so, know that on June 25, I had to take the time to let you know how important you are to me. I've been in love with you since before I even wanted to be. Damn you. I can't believe that a man like you could really get better every day. You humble me. Love- acz
