A letter from Oct 22, 2023

Dear FutureMe, Yo, Whaass Up? Barb and I just got back a few days ago from our trip to Oklahoma with our Chalet A-Frame camper. Lexie has her driver license, and Joey is working at Braum's Ice Cream. It was a good trip, but a little cold and windy for a few days. We had a flat when we woke up one morning. I had to go to Discount Tire to get a free replacement under road hazard warranty. My 2020 ram just hit 40K miles. Gas was about $3,19 a gallon in OK, and in the mid to high $3.00 range in NM and TX. It is about $4.80 a gallon here in AZ. Israel was attacked about a week or two ago by Hamas aided by Iran. Lots of innocent people were ******. Did it cause World War 3? Is the war over yet? I broke my neck in March, and still have a small amount of Vestibular issues, and am doing stretching exercises/therapy twice a day. It helps a lot. My weight was 188 this morning. Up 8# from the first of the year. I really want to get below 180# by Jan 1, 2024. We have gone to a few of Ethan's high school football games. And Embry is starting wrestling. Grayson is in first grade. Adeline is about 2 1/2, and we babysit her nearly every Thursday. This Thursday we will be going to our church group seniors BBQ. I hope you and Barb are staying healthy.
