Time Travelled — almost 2 years

Peaceful right?

Dear future me, Happy 18th birthday babes!!! we're finally an adult yay!!! It's my 16th birthday today and as you can probably remember it hasn't been a great day, I'm hoping that by now my life has turned around a bit but I guess I wont know till then. I'm honestly terrified of the future and everything it'll bring, I have no idea where my life is headed, hopefully we have more of an idea by now? Currently I've decided I want to go to Queensland Uni and become a teacher, is that still the case? Is English still our favorite subject? Do we ever fix things with Megan or do we just learn to live with it? I can't believe she never even told me happy birthday. Do things with our parents ever get better? Do they get a divorce? Do I still love Taylor swift? I'll be very disappointed in us if that's a no😂. Does it get better? Right now I'm at the lowest I've ever been and I'm trying to trust Gods plan but it's so hard right now. Do we finally find some true christian friends? Have we grown in our faith? do we still go to youth? Have we found a boy that lives up to our standards yet? probably not😂. If these things haven't happened yet I want you to know it's ok. Stop being so hard on us because it hurts us more than it helps us. We've been through a lot and it's ok for us to struggle sometimes, but remember that God's got you. Stay true to yourself and don't let yourself be torn down by other people or challenges you face. Even if you still feel alone remember there is someone who loves you. If you were to tell our 8 year old self that she finally made it you can only imagine how excited she'd be, we can't disappoint her. We got this. Remember that wherever we are now; I where I meant to be (notice the tangled quote there?😏). In struggle brings strength and I'm telling you babe you're stronger than we think, don't forget that. Isaiah 60:22, Pslam 46:5
