A letter from Sep 30, 2023

Dear FutureMe, Today is September 30 2023. I rounded on a bunch of patients, we were on call at JFK today. Sonali is back to help! I have to write a NARSUM prior to next drill. Nana recently passed away and we are flying to India for his funeral in November. We are really close to opening our new office at 15 main street! Opens on Oct 23, Ariyan's birthday!! Recently visited prague, was pretty awesome! Predictions for 2026. Practice is eh, making barely 400 K per year Deep joined then left, still wants to move to Florida We have a second kid We have taken more vacations, and spend more of winters in Florida while I do telemed Ron Desantis is somehow president We are planning to move to the suburbs I'm still thinking of dabbling in Ketamine We did visit Cuba, but much later than planned. I'm still in the Air Force, but it's wearing on me. Love the second kid but a lot less mobile. Thats all folks!! -Avishek
