In the beginning of immigration, full of hopes and fears

Time Travelled — almost 3 years

Peaceful right?

Dear Par-, This letter is coming from 3 years ago, from 25-year-old Par- to the 28-year-old one. You are probably in the midst of immigration process and at the beginning of living in another country. It seems scary and it might be hard at this time, but I want to talk about what didn't have in your country and what you’re going to gain here. Remember of all the rights that they denied from you, remember all the stresses that your partner was tolerating, all the bad behaviors from who were responsible in every post and job. I want you to remember the awful times of your military service, the little money that you had and the hardship of living with that amount of money. Remember how hard it was to live without going to a trip, without having a room to sleep in, without respect from wo-workers and colleagues. It might be hard here, but you are not living about people who thought that telling lies or doing the wrong things will make them look cool. It was a hell to live in a misogynistic culture and among people who secretly believed in patriarchy, you were running from these things and tried hard for you to be here. I gave up many things for it and I hope beside all the hard things, you'll be happy now. :-smile
