A letter from Sep 07, 2023

Hi. (Thurs Sept 7, 2023) It's my first week of college. Things are going. I've met a bunch of friends already and things are going pretty well. Just moved into the dorms and gotten my room under control. Classes started yesterday all of which I was late too. With losing the Star Store, everything is fairly jumbled and our professor was an hour late to class yesterday (Apparel Construction). I met a lot of people and have been having a lot of fun. I'm excited to get into my studies as well as getting deeper into reading and writing. I applied for all the fashion design Work Study Positions and Alita is willing to give me the jobs. I am going to join the fashion club and try out for cheer. But this is boring, future me will know all of this already. My friends are Ali, Becca, Lola, Michaela, Natalie, Brook, Ayva, and lots of other people that I like. I still talk to Christian sometimes and met a boy named Carlos. But yeah things are great. Idk if I'm ready for it to get cold. Here are my goals since I'm sending this for 3 years 1. Start a fashion art style that I like 2. Read a multitude of books and movies/ become more cultured 3. Find myself more and the people I truly care about 4. Do well in classes and find an internship/ job I like.
