I also want to remind you that whatever challenges come your way in the future, you are strong and capable of overcoming them. From your 13-year-old self, I want you to know that you are loved and valued. I hope that you can see how much you have grown and changed over the years, and that you are proud of who you have become. As your past self, I want you to know that I am writing this letter to make sure you are okay.
