Dear Self,
It’s me, you, but in the past. I picked a date randomly to remind you how life was for you.
I hope you're doing better than I am right now. Lately, I've been feeling off and it's been tough for me. The draining of energy, messed up sleeping schedule, and low mood have been taking over for over a month now! I apologize if I'm not focusing on what you wanted to become, but I pray that you have emerged from the other side stronger, with plenty of positive changes.
I'm not sure what else I can do at this moment to feel better, but I want you to know that I have never given up on myself or the hope of finding a better version of you in the future - mentally, physically, socially, and professionally. I envision you surrounded by a supportive community and a loving partner that I have yet to meet. Additionally, I would love to see my side hustle, which I've been working on, evolve into a more stable business.
I have never quit during my darkest days, so please don't give up on yourself now if you've reached this point in life. It was never meant to be easy all the time, but if you believe in yourself and your future, you will find moments of ease and comfort.
Until we meet, take good care of yourself.
Love you!
