A letter from Aug 03, 2023

Dear FutureMe, Coming into this role as a Client Communications Specialist, I'm excited to join the team! I know that this is going to be a great experience. What we will learn, how we will grow, the things we will accomplish, I am looking forward to it all! "We'll figure it out!" They said coming into this experience your favorite ISM will change daily. Well so far, it hasn't. The reason why I resonate with this ISM the most is because I use it so frequently in my day-to-day life! Honestly, this gets me through ALOT of tough times. If I'm stressing too much about something, I allow myself to just take a moment and breathe. I tell myself, and the people around me, that this is something we can get through and that we will figure it out. As a reminder to myself in the future, just remember that even if no one is there to support you or help you along the way, you have to own your success! Be your authentic self at all times and always keep in mind that through hard work and determination you WILL BE successful. Going into training, I am confident in myself and what I can do. I know if I set goals for myself and ignore the noise, I can do anything I set my mind to. I'm willing to learn and progress. Hopefully, by the time my training is complete I will be on my way to being one of the best. Overall, I'm super excited! As a member of the Rocket Family, I hope to go far! Within the nest few years, I envision myself climbing that ladder and making it to the top (metaphorically speaking of course, I despise ladders) Once I get to the top of that ladder, even though it may be difficult and require a lot of patience, I won't stop! But hopefully there will be elevators. Love you girl, keep on going!
