A letter from Jul 08, 2023

Dear FutureMe, Look at you now, all doing well, I'm doing well too, kinda, it's been tough few months, work kinda's boring, it sucks sometimes, but I got a raise, yayy! Let's now see where this goes. You might look back at me and feel bad for how I'm managing my life, and how my life is going, but don't be, be proud because you've got through all that and you're still smiling. This is two days after we got our eyeglasses in case you need to remember this day, it's 3:30 am and as usual I couldn't sleep, so I figured I'd send this letter to you now. I wanna remind you of our university classmate btw, what happened, did you still like her or is she just a friend now, maybe she's just like every other person you've once known and is now a stranger, who knows. I'm proud of you, of what you've become, and no matter what happens, you are the person I always wanted to be, see you soon enough.
