A letter from July 1st, 2023

Dear FutureMe, hi. i hope you are well i hope we have a job. i hope we are doing something we love. even better, i hope we had the courage to go after our dream of pursuing art if not, its okay! i hope you will still be drawing ❤️ i hope our cats are okay. i hope mamu is not gone. he’s old he’s 8 years now and in 3 years he’ll be 11. just thinking about it is making me cry. i hope we found love i know we are hopeless romantics so if not with someone else i hope we are loving ourself fearlessly but also for your sake i hope you are in a happy healthy relationship with someone who understands your soul and i hope you are treating them right as much as you expect to be treated right! i hope we are healed from all the things we went through in the past 10 years and if not, i hope the healing journey isnt too hard (it’s really hard now your girl is going through it 😂) i hope we are healing from things that feels too heavy rn. i hope its lighter 3 years from now i hope you have learned to love yourself first i hope mom and dad are healthy and okay i hope asum and babu have grown into strong and healthy adults 🥹 i hope kabang doesnt grow up to be an angsty teenager i hope we are doing okay! ☺️🩵
