Dear FutureMe, Last Sunday was my four year sobriety anniversary, and I worked up a document to read for it. I think I did well, and have heard at least three (if not four) comments that I did a good job. A friend asked my how I got the timing so well, but I didn't remember at that time to give the correct answer: I used Google to search for "how many words in a 30 minute speech?" I'd already written 4,500+ words, so that confirmed I was in the ballpark.
