A letter from May 31, 2023

May 23, 2023 Dear 8th Grade Lukas, Hey, how are you? I want to get better at sports in the next three years. Have you gotten better? I want to become a better football player and get a fullback position. I’m feeling good and like to practice pitching in my batting cage how about you? I see myself when I grow up as a nice guy who is good at many things. In my life, I’m proud of my pitching because I’ve been practicing and I've gotten a LOT better. In one year I want to be one of our best pitchers on our team. I’m struggling that Gavin is moving to Arizona but I think I will overcome it because we both have Snapchat and we’ve been spending a lot of time doing fun things before he moves. I hope your life is going well! How well are you doing with baseball and other sports? I bet you are doing pretty well. I've changed a lot over the past by getting better at lots of things like sports and I think I will get even better when I am your age. I hope you are having fun!
