Time Travelled — almost 3 years

Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, As you approach your senior year, it's natural to feel a mix of emotions, including excitement, anticipation, and a bit of apprehension. This year marks the beginning of the end of your high school career, and it's important to start thinking about your plans for the future. First and foremost, take a moment to reflect on how far you've come. You've worked hard to get to this point, and you should be proud of all that you've accomplished. Remember to celebrate your achievements, both big and small, and use them as motivation to keep pushing forward. As you start thinking about your future plans, it's important to consider what you want to achieve and how you plan to get there. Whether you're planning to attend college, enter the workforce, or pursue other goals, make sure your plans align with your values and passions. Take the time to research your options, talk to people in fields that interest you, and explore your interests through internships, volunteer work, or other opportunities. It's also important to remember that plans can change, and that's okay. You might discover new interests or opportunities along the way, and that's part of the journey. Stay open to new possibilities, and be willing to adapt your plans as needed. Above all, remember to take care of yourself as you navigate this exciting and sometimes stressful time. Make time for self-care, stay connected with friends and family, and seek support from trusted mentors or advisors when you need it. As you move forward, always remember that you have the skills, knowledge, and resilience to achieve your goals and make a positive impact in the world. The future is yours for the taking, and I'm excited to see where it takes you. PS: “Go tell your favorite high school teachers thank you and goodbye and especially go tell Mr. Drosche ‘Thank you for making you write this letter.’” Best of luck, Future Me.
