A letter from May 25, 2023

dear future kaelynn, today is your senior graduation , class of 2026 baby!! i hope highschool was everything we wanted it to be. first of all lemme tell you, i am so glad you made it remember the beginning of freshmen year? you hated it, you cried everyday. as of right now freshmen just ended and i am so glad. this school year taught me many things how to love, grief, finding myself, and most importantly know it’s all for the better everything happens for a reason. please tell me your happy, please me you got everything you wanted. invest in the memories of high school i hope you took so so many pictures i can’t wait to experience it. i maybe ur past self but i just want you to know i am so proud of you. i hope you feel the love around you. if you didn’t experience everything you wanted just know it’s never too late, there is no time limit on this life. i’ve loved watching these 2023 graduations. the senior walk, prom, saying goodbye, those last classes, graduation i can’t help but feel like i am so ready for it and i know you feel the same way. i hope i don’t forget about everything i’ve had to go through i hope i grow some balls stop letting people push me around. so, lastly i gotta say i hope you accomplish everything you want in life. now i have a quote by one of my favorite artists j cole “love yourz”. class of 2026 baby!! love you, 9th grade kaelynn
