A letter from May 17, 2023

Dear FutureMe, My experience this school year was very exciting. The class I most enjoyed was science and social studies because I really liked the people in both my classes and the teachers were really nice. My happiest memory was winning 1st place in volleyball all thanks to coach martha. Something that was difficult for me was getting all A’s because I gave up when I would see my grades go down and really did try my best but it wasn't enough. This didn’t stop me because I worked hard and got my grades up. Something I wish I could change was not caring if I was late to class. After reflecting on this year, if I could change something I said it would be not to like everyone who is nice to me one day and to know some people would want to make you jealous because they want you to see you fail. If i could have done something different I would have been on time and be nicer to people because that's the way they are going to see you. If I could thank just one person for this year, it would be Ms.Mohondro for giving me an A to try for my 4.0. Next year I get a fresh start when I go off to high school. I’m going to use this as an opportunity to be a 4.0 student. This means that I will need to try hard and put school first. For high school my hopes for grades are to have all A’s. Specifically, this means that I will need to give it my all and not stress. My hopes for my behavior in high school are that I get a certificate for good behavior. Specifically, that means that I will behave well and always be in a good mood. My hopes for high school in regards to friends are that they respect me and respect the rest of the people in school. Specifically , this means that I will need to be around good people. My hopes for the decisions I make are that I don't get in trouble. Specifically, this means that I will need to make good decisions. Are you living in a way that makes you proud of who you are, or could you improve? Are you living in a way that makes you proud of treating others, or could you improve? Are you popular and likable?
