Dear FutureMe, When we have our own thriving business remember our principle. People over profits. Once we hit our goals each milestone our employees get a percentage. Say for instinct. Our daily goal is 5k Once we hit that our employees get a percentage. So they have a base rate let’s say 18/hr Once we hit 5k they get 2% per sale 10k 5% per sale It’s like ot without working the extra hours just simply making sure the store is thriving and so are you. I know you’ll be an amazing store owner I love you keep doing great 🤍
