A letter from May 12th, 2023

Dear FutureMe, Hey, So, I'm gonna ask about how's your life now, considering that you're from a confusion that lasted for 2 years. Did you reconcile with your old friends? Or you grew more farther than them? I always had the sense that they'll see me as a rival or enemy rather than as a generous friend. Maybe I was often thinking I am always misunderstood? So, have you let go of your belief that you'd help yourself first before others? "It's such a mess, why are you listening to people?" You wouldn't care if they make themselves hard to communicate with, because you'd let go easily like it's a soap opera that bore you to *****. But I'm not telling you to experience this relapse again in case you have recovered. By the way, if you really recovered, please let me know. I will be very proud even though I am already dead buried in the past. And, I really wanna see you happy. Be it in this lifetime I will suffer, but I hope this letter will temporarily remind you that happiness is always somewhere, it may be close today, but soon it would be far and will take a long time to come back, hmm? Just kidding. It depends on where and what you look at life. Even though happiness gives me shivers of *****, it was so foreign I don't know what to do but feel like I'm not in my body, or maybe... Reality itself. So, in this case, maybe I was actually feeling the tears of joy. I hope you'll get to experience this a million times before you die. It's something very contented that I never experienced permanently in my whole life. I wish you luck. ~from 2023.
