A letter from May 10, 2023

Dear FutureMe, You BETTER have graduated. I spent too much time trying to "perfect" my grades just for you to fail. I hope this reaches you and you can laugh about it in the future. You'll be a senior and it will be your last year to do dumb kid stuff so actually take your time with life and don't rush it. slay. I hope you have gained confidence in yourself and what you do, I also hope you still play volleyball. If so are you playing front row yet? Are you still friends with Caitlin? Is she still trying to be all boy crazy? DONT cry on your senior nights because you know you're an ugly crier. Also give yourself a chance, dont doubt yourself too fast. KEEP your standards dont settle down for an ugly, dumb, and not nice boy or girl lol. Please tell me you found someone because there was a tik tok I wanted to do with their couple. I am trying to type a lot so you can read it and be like omg so cute but I really dont know what to say. It's like I know what I want to say but I can't shape a sentence There is just so much I want to say but I can't type it out. Please dont let people walk over you, you can say no it's not your fault you dont want to give or receive anything. Make sure to stay in contact with Mrs.Wilhite, and DONT have a baby too soon. I know they're so cute but c'mon dont even think about it. Please try hard to at least get a high GPA and stay happy and supportive of your family. Dont become rude because you can, you need to be there and you have to be kind to almost everyone. Right now nothing big is going on in my life so I can't inform you of any drama lol. I hope you aren't as emotional anymore because it sort of makes you look vulnerable. Please dont take your sophomore, junior, and lastly, senior year for granted because you HAVE grown up, you will be going to college and STARTING a life. ALMOST BY YOURSELF. This is insane to think about because for less than 6 years I was playing with Littlest Petshop and small toys. We would go to Disney all the time and I would just ride carelessly on the rides and get all the food I want. But now that I'm growing up I'm realizing today with be the last day on May 10 2023 that I will be 15. Because next year on this day I would be 16. It's crazy to me that I'm growing up and there is life BEYOND high school like I might be having a baby. I might be having a husband (hoping he's cute and hoping your house is super organized). I hope you look back at this and you should write another for your college self. *IK it's a good idea. I wish I could write you a whole email but I want you to know that you dont need to change. I know that sounds hella corny but trust.
