A letter from May 05, 2023

Dear FutureMe, I watched the most beautiful movie the other day called Wildhood. It was about this two-spirit kid that ran away from home to fall in love with another two-spirit kid, you should rewatch it. The concept of two-spirit has kind of awakened something in me. Obviously, I know that I am not indigenous, but I can appreciate the immense beauty in this identity. I admire it very much. This idea, about being non-binary, will probably plague me for a long time. I wonder how you're feeling about this now. Until next time, M.
