Hey me,
I don't know if you will remember sitting in the Kentucky house in a sauna writing this. I hit a low today i am up here going through the our room. The basic time capsule from when we were 17. It was going good till all our suppressed feelings came up. Our mom really ****** us up making us feel like we weren't enough. That we didn't live up to the stupid rainbow baby expectations. I just wanted to remind you in case you have ever felt like that again. We are enough and we have found people who want us for who we are and don't expect the world. We have an amazing support system of friends and in Jacob. We lost nothing when she left. We gained so much. we grew into someone that would make child us proud. We grew into what we wanted to be and got to discover who that was. We became the best us we could be. I start nursing school on Wednesday and I've never felt more like I'm finally on the right path. That I have the right people by my side. Keep your head up and keep taking care of your mental health. I started that journey I hope you kept up with it because it was really helping.
From the past,
K
