A letter from Apr 28, 2023

Dear FutureMe, You finna be old, but besides the point. I know time has been flying by like that. Everyone else seems to think so too and it's making me feel too old, I had calculated earlier today that I'm 5558 days old 🧓. My back hurts from being so old. Our sister is moving on to college, it's gonna be so weird not seeing her in the hallways making weird faces and embarrassing her in school (and not seeing her in the house.) I know she's just going to be 30 minutes away but still. We had also talked about riding around since I still can't drive, she would get roller skates and I would do a cruiser or skateboard. Also, do you have friends I know some friends right now have been pretty bad but I hope it's better. They've been misgendering me and dead naming me, but I stood up for myself and told them how I feel. For the first time in forever ❄️. Well anyways I hope you're well and going to college and finally know what you wanna do. I've been pondering about whether or not we should do the medical field. However, maybe like a researcher or like curing cancer, I remember back in 4th grade before the covid I wanted to be an epidemiologist. But who knows.
