A letter from Apr 26, 2023

Dear FutureMe, I do indeed have a lot of "friends" or people that only come to me for advice to better their lives, I hope that by the time I get to senior year I have cut out those people. Here's a list: Keegan, AJ, Drew, Kira, Eli, Alana, Luna, Aubrie, Kaz, Joey, Shelby Madison, Sophie, Breauna, Elaina, etc. Of all my real friends that I can indeed trust, there's one. LynnLehe. She doesn't go here, but they have been with me through thick and thin. I have a few careers in mind, cosmetology, family lawyer, librarian, something to make me happy because if I am doing something I love, then I don't have to work a day in my life. I plan to go to college somewhere in Oklahoma, Cambridge, or Berkley. Some of my favorite things I enjoy doing right now are reading, writing, and exploring my horizons in the music. I hope to have become an iconic member in the band, someone to remember something I've done for years to come. There's a lot of music I listen to but genre-wise it would be 00s emo, divorced dad rock, Nu-Metal, metal, rock, soft rock, classic rock, small bit of pop, christian rock, etc. My favorite bands consist of, NF, Snoop Dogg, Citizen Soldier, officialdjaaron, Dtrue, Creed, Daughtry, Letdown, Extreme, Aerosmith, Def Leppard, Skid Row, David Bowie, Queen, Linkin Park, Rain Paris, Sleep Token, Hollywood Undead, MCR, Lo Spirit, Mass of Man, Tantric, Papa Roach, Bmike, Eva Under Fire, Vrsty, Nickelback, Luke Bryan, Self Deception, Haloscene, First to Eleven, Violet Orlandi, Radiohead, Avril Lavigne, Yungblud, Ethan Jewell, Marianas Trench, Bob Seger, Rush, Alice Cooper, FFDP, Peter Cetera, Chicago(early hits), Billy Currington, Brett Eldredge,Morgan Wallen, Fall Out Boy, Eminem, Motionless in White, Bullet for my Valentine, Falling in Reverse, Mayday Parade, Sick Puppies, Fame on Fire, A Day to Remember, Korn, and Slipknot. My Library is currently sitting at 901 songs, 56 hours 1 min. The songs I enjoy listening to right now are Reasons to Leave by Suriel Hess, One Last Breath by Creed, Still Frame-Citizen Soldier, Tattoos-Citizen Soldier, If I Surrender-CS, Worst in Me-CS, Last Night- Morgan Wallen, Amnesia-Camylio. My favorite memories of freshman year are the ones spent with Salem Waggoner. Salem was rooming with me at the Band Spring trip to San Antonio and he really showed me what it's like to live a little, be a teenager in high school, making bad decisions, but overall, I think that he has that power to change people's lives for the better. I've become a bit of a gossiper about Kira Ramsay to not only expose her, but to show her everything that has been going wrong, but she doesn't see where she is going wrong, so I hate making people not like me, but I do it for good reasons. She had a lot of friends to laugh and giggle with at the beginning of the year but because she loves someone so much, it has made her into a pathological liar, and overall a bad person. She spreads lies and rumors to get the attention on her and I hope that by the time I'm a senior, she sees all the wrong she has done. However I am dating Kira's best friend, but I'm not sure if I like him. Like it was there before we started dating but after the crushing heartbreak of Clay, being in a relationship with someone else... it seems that it has dissipated. The exciting feeling of being in a relationship has gone. and...i hope that I learn to love again. To senior me, I hope that I am not so hung up on attachment/abandonment issues, and trust issues. I hope that I've become someone to be a beacon of hope for the worthless and broken, and give them a reason to really live. To senior me, we will meet again...
