A letter from Apr 24, 2023

Hey John, I hope you read this 'til the end. I'm an old friend from 2023 :) Nice to meet you again, it's Nikka Zamora. Am I still in your life? How are we? Do you remember me? Haha I can only hope that you're still playing your favorite For Honor game and ******* it in your career. I don't know what's going on in your life right now but if you're as genuine and passionate as I first met you, I know you're where you need to be. If for any reason you feel like the world's too much or like you aren't satisfied, here's a little reminder that you've touched so many lives. So if you've forgotten why I'm writing to you now, I was your junior in SDP a political party from UST back in your senior year, I think? I first met you then and we matched on Bumble a few years later (2023 to be exact), you came at such a healthy time in my life! I was happy, I was thriving, I was bouncing back from some failures - overall you were the cherry on top for how things were going for me. We're still getting to know each other as I write this letter but I can already tell that you're someone who won't stop until he gets the life he deserves. I've said this once, but I'll say this again, "Thank you for existing" You can delete this email immediately if it doesn't interest you, but I think a little appreciation for people every once in a while goes a long way. You could've lost your keys today, run out of your favorite snack, had to deal with a difficult discussion etc, I can only hope that this email finds you at the right time just like you had found me at the right time back then. If we're still friends when you read this, be sure to make asar me because I'd roll on the floor laughing knowing I made something as stupidly sentimental as this, but if we're no longer in speaking terms, here's the reason why I wrote: We had an innocent little discussion wherein you told me you'd ask me in the future if I had a definition for the world love already. Knowing myself well enough, I really would still take your question seriously and it might even change my life if you decide to ask me. But if it's something you're not comfy doing or for whatever reason cannot do, 2023 Nikka understands and just wants to tell you thank you for giving me the chance to get to know you a little.
