A letter from Apr 17, 2023

Dear FutureMe, Are they divorced yet? They had a huge fight today. Dad started throwing things around and hitting doors. I cried for hours. My eyes still hurt from crying. Dad said that he would be starting the divorce procedures tomorrow. And perhaps send her back to Turkey. I don’t know what’s gonna happen. We’ll wait and see. He stayed by my side the whole night. He made me feel better. I’m so grateful to have him.
