Dear Angela, The past me wants to tell you that if you have a real job when you read this and are no longer living with your dad in shit-ass Michigan that you have come a loooong way, baby! And if you still are, props for not killing yourself by now! You just started seeing Russ about a month ago and he is a super nice guy so far. You really like him and are looking for a job in Chicago-- that's where he lives. This week alone, you've applied to over 60 jobs there in hopes that one place will see your potential and hire you on the spot. Keep your chin up! That's what mom always used to say, anyway!
