A letter from Mar 24, 2023

Time Travelled — over 2 years

Peaceful right?

Dear future me, Hopefully, school has been easier than it is now. For the time being at the least, I've been rather irritated with school or tired. It's been making my life far too hard to handle, and I don't even know if I'll receive the letter in the future. Do you still hurt yourself to ease your pain? I don't think it's good, if I do. I've been stuck in a dilemma with self harm for almost a year now, and I can hardly quit. I hope that in the future, I have found help, or something else to fix me. I'm currently friends with Daniel, Ayen, Cheerio and Peanut. They're my closest friends right now, and I hope for them to stay with me until the end of time, or my life, at the least. I don't know if some of them will stick with me though, knowing one of them has a condition and they may not make it far, which is extremely upsetting. I really do hope that I can become more outgoing and less introverted, like I'm scared of making friends. I am, though. I'm scared of trusting others and speaking to others, I don't want to get attached, then be abandoned later on. Please make friends you can be close to, that you can trust their word on when they say that they'll help you. I am currently in a relationship with Ross, and tomorrow, March 25, 2023 is our 5 month anniversary. :) I hope he will stick with me for a lifetime, because I fear that one day, I'll lose him like everyone else. Please don't lose hope and give up earlier on, as many people say; You have too much to look forward to, that you're too young. Because you are. By the time you receive this letter, you'll be 17, if I'm correct. You're too young to end it then, do not give up as simply as that. I know you have hope and that you want to be alive, yet you just haven't found the purpose in life, yet. But please, keep going, for the people you love, and for yourself. Please find love for yourself and time, it's much deserved from yourself.
