Dear FutureMe,
What's up?
I know I'll be too lazy to do the maths when I receive this, so I'm 14 right now, just moved schools
about a month ago. I don't go to boarding school anymore, and it's quite a change- I feel like I'm loosing my grasp on English. My creative writing has got a lot worse, which is worrying, because, well if I want to be a writer (which I do), creative writing is pretty beneficial.
For piano, I'm still learning the Arabesque No1, but by the time I receive this, hopefully I'll be onto some Chopin.
Violin's not going that well, I'm still in Third Violin in orchestra.
I'm also saving up for a guitar! Hopefully I end up getting it :)
My Latin lessons are going great- I'm on the 17th chapter of the textbook- and my teacher said that when we're done with this book we can move on to some actual ancient text!
French is going great too, all that's left is to work on pronunciation and dusting off some of the grammar, and the exciting thing is that mum said she might send me to France to study! I doubt that I'll be there when I receive this letter, but hopefully I'll be there for A-Levels. If that's what happens, I'd have spent most of my school years in boarding school, which is fascinating, and will look amazing on my college applications.
I've already started thinking about where I'm going to go to university. So far my number one is Oxford, so I have to work really hard for the next few years. My friend is also looking at his university choices, he wants to study business.
After university, I don't really know what I'll do- it has always been my dream to live in France and Italy, but that'll be hard to achieve fresh out of college. I began writing a book already, hopefully I can publish before I'm 18, that could give me a head start .
Overall, life is nice, life is good :D
