A letter from Feb 22, 2023

Dear A.K, hey...so this is probably the third one of these "past self letters" you're gonna receive. But this one's different....the others were assignments, this one I chose to do. Hopefully you graduated and has the time of your life. I know things will probably be hard down the road but you'll get through it. I hope dad lets you go to NYU and more importantly, you get accepted. I hope New York is still your dream home and if not, that's okay...I know you'll go wherever your heart takes you. I hope you fixed your relationship with mom and are closer with her now than I am. I know that's a lot of "I hopes" and there's like 1000 more but I just really want you to follow your dreams. Not what dad wants, Amma wants, Phupo wants...what YOU want. Please remember that. And remember the bucket list of things to do before you turn 18?
