Dear FutureMe,
I wonder what I am doing now. I have just made the decision to start therapy. I am struggling at the moment with my ADHD and understanding why people always ignore my messages. I am finding it tough to organise events for my volunteering as people don't respond. I then overthink this, and I think it would just be useful for me to go into therapy so I can understand people better.
What have I learnt from doing this?
