A letter from Feb 13, 2023

Dear FutureMe, How are you? How are mom and Sophia? Are they teaming up against me? Is mom still favouring Sophia? It's been 3 years, so I hope not. Because otherwise I think we are a form of depressed. And with dad? How is he doing? I hope he has already started working less because I think he is working overtime. I guess I just don't get why mom and dad favour Sophia, I mean she was a drug addict, called them names, hated them for weeks, run away so many times, done awful things, has been suspended. And meanwhile I have been nothing but a help, cooking, cleaning, helping with everything, being valedictorian from my year, and meanwhile having to deal with it all myself as well... I guess I gave up my childhood for them. And they never said thanks or said anything about it. And they still just don't know me. Like with x-mas, Sophia got a new vanity and make-up because mom and dad knew she wanted that. Meanwhile, I got a box of pencils, but my drawing phase was 3 years ago (And I told them multiple times how I desperately needed a new mirror) but I am grateful, and said thanks. I hope we are doing better in your time, and that I am either travelling around the world with friends, gone from that family (not our aunts and uncles and stuff) or the situation is better. How are Mara, Siem, Stijn, Kjell, Laura, Lea, Niklas, Lassa and Matteo? I miss the Germans, I hope you have been visiting them a lot! Does Niklas' friend, still have a crush on us? I hope not, we will be 17 and he 15. But you know what...maybe he has matured. I sure hope so. And how about me and Lasse... still best friends? We're planning on ice-skating somewhere around this time. I hope my choice of profile is right. I had the conversation with Mandy today. And even though I like EM, I still think I'm going for NG. but you know that, of course. Lol (actually lol is very cringe but yeah) How was the summer holiday? I hope I chose for myself just like last summer holiday. And not that Sophia makes all kinds of friends that I have to go back in with them... I'm going to make my own friends. And I will get super tan. I'm also going to surf until I can't any more. I also hope that this time we will go to Germany for 2 weeks. HOW WAS IT SKIING????? I'm so curious. How was I? I bet I was amazing. OOHHH, and how was London? Was it fun???? And how is outer banks? It will be out in 10 days. But I'll probably watch it again in the summer. In the past 6 months, we've been to 7 countries! Fun huh!! We went to France in the summer with my lovely aunt Nancy, Stijn and uncle Lars. I love Nancy, she's my best friend, Stijn is like my little brother, and Lars is so much fun, but also so serious, and I think he got mad at me for losing my phone on the day we're planning on leaving… Either way, you and mom went to Norway. Lasse and I went to Germany with our "dad" Kjell. And we went to Italy with x-mas (which was not that much fun, because mom and dad only cared for Sophia) We went to The Netherlands, because we live there. Belgium in the summer, with Lot, Ise and Liv. And lastly, we went to Switzerland, as a stop on our journey to Italy. Dad and Sophia are actually going to Switzerland again in two weeks. Meanwhile, I will go to school:( Sophia only goes to her special needs school (just because she is a drug addict and weird) 3 days a week, but she stays at home because she always feels "sick" and my mom is too scared to speak up about it. Now pay attention for a moment... have I done, you know what yet? If it isn't... then so be it. It happens when it should. And if so... WITH WHOM? I hope with a fk handsome and rich one of course! I hope you didn't get married and stuff because you're only 17! And don't do boyfriends either, way too much work. Greetings from your 14-year-old self!! Byeeeee!!!
