A letter from Feb 12, 2023

Dear FutureMe, Hey, we are still alive apparently! Relapsed into self harm, now suffer from anorexia instead of BED, but hey, we are alive I don’t know if I will be next year to read this… I’ll guess we will find out right? It’s weird. Grandma died last year, in April, it hasn’t been the same without her… I miss her a lot. She would have helped me. We moved into the country side. Are you still living there? Probs not. Hopefully it’s better in the future. Love Kay x
