Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, First off, I am proud of you for how far you have come. I know you worry so much about where you will end up in your life so I hope you are content with where you are right now. Just a few things to remember that this current version of me never wants you to forget. LOVE. Keep loving as hard as you can. Love anyone that comes in your path. Tell everyone and everything how much you love them. LIVE. Keep being in the present moment. Nothing matters but this exact moment that you are living. You will never get it again. BREATHE. Keep breathing through those hard moments. When you breathe, you let yourself step back to look at the bigger picture. GO. Keeping going for it. Whatever you desire, run after it. Do what you love and do what is going to make you happy. Never hold back. EXPERIENCE. Keep experiencing everything possible that you can. The point of this life is to experience what this human experience has to offer. Take in all the good, take in all the bad. FEEL. Keep feeling everything deeply. When you feel, it is a reminder that you are alive. The capacity to feel is the best gift of life. THANK. Keep being grateful for everything. The beautiful moments and people of life are not to be taken for granted. You are so blessed and so lucky for everything in your life. Let people know that you are grateful to be in their presence. Speak to the earth that you are grateful to have a platform to live on. APPRECIATE. Keep appreciating every fragement of time. Love, people, time, earth, and life give you so much. Appreciate everything that makes your life so beautiful. You are an extrodinary being and you are meant to do and experience big things. Do not let your negative self talk convince you otherwise. I love you and I am always proud of you. Sincerely, 19 year old Areli.
