A letter from Jan 23, 2023

Dear Tori Atilano, I hope you had a good high school experience and met a lot of good people. I hope you now what you want to do with life. Right now, I want to own a engineering and architecture business. I want to study in England, Japan, or abroad in general. I hope that you are happy and not stressed. If you are stressed, ( i bet so ) try to remember that you have your whole life to figure it out. I know four years is a lot of time and I will change, but I hope that everything is changed for the better. Are you still friends with Lydia? I hope so. If we lost connection make sure to check up on her. I hope I do at least one semester of art but I'm not sure if we will be able too. Have we had any boyfriends? If not, that's okay and if we have, that's surprising. What colleges have we applied too? I hope that you have applied to Ivy League colleges, Oxford, Tokyo, etc. If we cannot study abroad, I at least hope that I take a gap year to explore the world. I don't want to spend my 20's in a low paying job that I don't enjoy. If that is what happens, well...try to work your best. Also, don't give up on languages. By the time I read this, I hope to have a good understanding of either spanish or japanese. Make sure you also reconnect with Addie. Even though she is a pain in the ***, she is still my twin and sibling. Be happy, don't give up, and explore the world. - Tori Atilano age 15
