A letter from Dec 03, 2022

Time Travelled — almost 3 years

Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, I love you! Dec 3, 2022 at 5:11 pm This past year has BEEN hard BUT you've graduated which is the crazy thing still doesn't even feel like you did it. You finally moved and you have more space and such a cute room. You don't like when you have to leave your mom STILL because she's your best friend. Right now you're in your new room with the pink light on the wall listening to Jupiter love with your friend Kamiya next to you LMAO I know girl you think you grown and you know everything. I don't know how things are going for you a year from now but I hope you never gave up on yourself. Actually I KNOW you didn't! I know you have learned so much even in just a year about yourself, your family, your friends. Speaking of family I wonder if anything changed. Did you try harder to be a better big sister to all of your sisters. Did your dad finally listen to you like really hear you or is he still doing the same thing. Did your mom get a good job in her eyes? Is she happy with her life.. something you always worry about. I wonder will these questions even matter a year from now because things can change so quickly. Most importantly I hope you love yourself more than today because of who you are and not because this is the person everyone else likes to see. I hope you love your'e inside a lot more than you love your outside. I hope you can be more than just a pretty girl and be happy about being a smart girl a girl with a big personality, a person that is so emotional. I hope you own all your faults and don't feel like less because of the things you lack. I hope you're still in love with Connor and that you are growing together still and he's finally at home. If not I hope that y'all have gotten better at communicating with one another and especially at long distance. I hope that y'all are three years closer to the rest of your lives together even through the arguments. God **** I hope your about to engaged OMG ! LMAO life is crazy if you are. SHEEEEESH! Man I wonder how grad school is going.. this first semester is about to end and its been so rough. You have been so hard on yourself because of the things that you don't know. I hope you know that wherever you are i'm proud of you because I know made the decision that was right for you. I know you are closer to whatever goal you set. I hope you found things that you like to do other than just saying you were a volleyball player. Things that you are passionate about. I hope you can finally alter your clothes a little bit like you always say you need to do because of your height and how clothes don't flatter you. I hope that you feel a little more closure with Moe leaving and still think about him every time you get the chance. I hope that he's still watching over you and reminding you that he's still here for you even though its not physically. I hope that you have became a better friend like you want to be and not let little stuff get in the way of the people who DO really love you. I hope you always feel loved by the people around you and if not that your self love is more than enough. Hope is all i have for you right now as much as I would like to say I will i'm so uncertain of you even though you've stepped up to so many challenges. It hurts and right now I know you probably still have so much on your plate so many good things. I know that when you look at this you'll be proud at the growth you have made within yourself. I know you still like to keep your plate full because that how you've always been but remember that its okay to have and ask for help from others I love you baby girl! I love you a little more than today future self because you're strong asf. Keep going stop being uncertain of yourself you're almost in your 3rd year of school and closer to your dream.
