Dear FutureMe,
What's up? Here I was three years ago. a first-year nursing student at the Taytay Campus of the University of the Rizal System. I am a first-year nursing student still having trouble adjusting to the unfamiliar setting known as "college." Sometimes I question whether the course I chose was the right one because I'm only in my first year, and I'm already having trouble with it. What will happen in the following years? Sometimes I wonder if I can do it, and sometimes I cry because sometimes the quizzes given by the professor are one after the other, but I'm still here fighting and fighting for my dream. Going to college is difficult; in high school, you could usually guess when the exam would be, but in college, you have to give up sleep in order to achieve good grades.
I wish I could have performed better during my first year of medical school three years ago. I'm hoping that I can overcome all of the obstacles in my path and that I don't give up on my dream. I could drop this course for a number of reasons, but I won't. No matter how challenging it is, I won't give up because this is my dream. If you stumble, you will get back up and keep going after your dream job.
