Time Travelled — over 3 years

Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, Before I ask my questions, I just want to say that I am proud of you no matter where you are right now. Okay let’s get started… Did you graduate on time? If so congratulations! If not then keep working hard at what ever you are doing. How is your relationship with God and how has it grown? Did you fulfill your promise yet? Did you finally get the chance to get know her and is she still in your life? How many places have you traveled so far? How’s volleyball? Have we won any tourneys yet? Fitness Goals? Can we bench 225? Squat 315? Can we dunk yet? How’s the mobility? How’s Agent? Is he a good boy? How’s the family? Everything good? This is the first email I wrote to myself to the future… right now I’m worried about the difficulty of the math classes I have to take for my degree. I want to get pass college as soon as possible lol. I’m worried if I will able to get a chance to get know the girl I’ve been liking for a long time. I have been pretty lonely lately. It feels like I get consumed by school and I am alone a lot doing homework or alone in my room. I know God is here but my emotions get the best of me sometimes. Today, God let me remember that His plans always prevails. He reminded me of all the times he protected me and others. So I’m writing this as a thank you note to God but also a reminder to you on how far you have come. Whether you have accomplished everything on this list or nothing on this list, just remember that no matter what, you are living in God’s will for you. You may be walking into a new chapter in your life or fighting through a tough one but just remember one thing: Trust God. Today is also the starting point of me strengthening my relationship with Christ through his power that I may be a godly Husband and Father to my future family. - Benjamin Huynh 11/17/22
