A letter from Oct 13, 2022

Dear Me, do you remember in 8th when you had to write a letter to yourself? I'm sending this 4 years forward so you should be in 12th right now almost done with high school. I'm also sending this on your birthday for a little happy letter Happy Birthday Elijah! You're 17 now I believe. Now before we get into the details I have to ask you a small question. You figure out what you want to be yet? If not I will be very very concerned. Anyways onto the questions! How are you doing? You doing well in school? You get an *Ahem* girlfriend yet? You find any new friends? Actually talking about friends you should talk to some again get together and all that. You know this is a lot of questions actually there's going to be a lot of questions in this letter. Pretty sure you have most of your friends on discord so you should be able to talk to them there. Actually, do you remember some from elementary? The good times eh? You know what about questions for me? You should write me a letter and send it back in time Elijah. Another reminder to talk to your friends again. Nostalgic yet? You still have time for games? You still scout rank like me? Any eye-catching games come out in the four years between this letter and you? Still, playing smash? Better than Nick yet? You still like pokemon? For a reminder, my nuzlocke is going pretty bad right now. You healthy? Exercise much? Got any new friends? Any friends you still in touch with? 3rd reminder to get together with friends again some could be Teressa, Jennifer, Aiden, Vincent, Kevin, Brandon, Steven, James, Lom, Lop, Kirsten, probably a few more that I forgot. You know this letter has a lot of ideas about friends. Make any money yet? Get a job, Elijah. Own a cat? Hows Khoi, Nick, Vi, and Lauren? Family still doing well? Everyone still together? Vi still addicted to genshin? Talking about genshin you still play it? You don't spend money or simp, right? Fontain and the next one out yet? You having fun in school? You know personally, I think that you should try to have a good balance between having fun and doing well in school. Something like 45 fun and 55 school. You know I'm getting a little bit tired writing this so I'm going to end this soon. But for now, let's continue. How's life actually? You should probably start writing letters to yourself spaced one year apart. You get a better phone yet? 8th grade is pretty fun and I really hope you'll remember all the friends you made here.
