Time Travelled — almost 3 years

Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, I'm not certain ur gonna keep the following, since ur a family man, in that they guide ur life instead of allowing you to get on with it. In case u don't know what 'the following' means, here it is: - Make sure that u take ur studies more seriously. By that I mean increase ur Assertion, Initiative, and Determination, especially in a group situation, specifically group projects. Trust me, u really need help with that. - Manage ur money. I mean sure, ur gonna get urself a maintenance loan, but u need to keep afloat financially if u r to survive uni. Yh, college was a ******** with that in mind, but try ur best on that front. - And on that note, find a way of earning money online. It's all easy peasy lemon squeeze when ur dad tells u to not worry bout money and ur aunt wants u to not go out to much. On the last point, true. But u can't live on ur mum's weekly tenner and the maintenance, which will go into ur transportation and creative essentials. Oh, and I guess an ID card as well. Ur a 20 year old without one, makes no sense whatsoever. - Go out with ur mates more whenever u got the money. Don't rely on friends too much as far as that is concerned, as that is pretty much ripping them off unintentionally. Oh, and they'll come back to u asking for what u owe them, so c'mon. The bare minimum of times they can buy for u, the rest is down to u. - Socialise with ppl way more than u usually do, or have done b4. U will thank me later, trust me u will. - Getting a girlfriend is a plus, but don't kys over being a single pringle. I say that as a lifelong single pringle me self, but whatever. Follow through with these things, and in three years time we shall meet by reflection and retrospection. Thanks, Swy (12th Sept 2022)
