Dear Christine, Today, you took a step towards a future that is unfamiliar to you. It was like a new season, a leaf that is turning over as the sun slowly sets on the horizon. It was an exhilarating, mortifying, and hopeful moment. I've been dreading this for months, to be honest. Because I knew once I clicked that button, I'm turning my back on the one thing I've known. But we knew, didn't we? That sooner or later we must face the reality that has been plaguing our minds for the past three years. We must be honest with ourselves, at least.
