A letter from Sep 01, 2022

Dear FutureMe, Hey! Happy birthday!! You can finally drink legally today, but if we’re the same in three years I’m sure you’re just eager to finally go to a dispensary. We graduated high school a little over two months ago and we move into college on the 16th!! I cannot wait for this next chapter, I am so excited to be an adult. My own person!!! Hopefully things have been good for us. We still have no play (I’m sure you know this) but I’m hoping things have turned up since going to college? Being a *** trans man is a weird subset to be in, but people are only getting more accepting, especially in northern Washington. Hopefully everyone’s doing ok! You still in touch with L? (I kinda feel like probably not, things aren’t looking good as of right now). How about C, E, and E? I figured we’d stay strong. Same with M & R. No way we’d really lose touch. At least not with M. But R has been kinda drifting away as of late? Hope it’s all good though. How has the pursuit of an education been? Is nursing still the end goal? I’m optimistic now, but I know a nursing degree would probably kick my entire ***. Love you, go pet a cat!! -S
