A letter from Aug 31, 2022

Dear FutureMe, On this day, three years ago you were 6 days away from spending your first night at boarding school, and 8 days away from having your first day at The Hammond. Now, you’re probably a few days away from starting sixth form, and I wonder what you’re doing. Are you still going to The Hammond? Was it hard? What A Levels are you doing, and what GCSE’s did you do? At the moment, I think I’d like to do drama, history and art, and I have to choose at the end of the year. Was it awful? Did you get kicked out because you were worse than everyone? Were you the worst at everything? Are you still doing theatre? And, most importantly, what’s your favourite musical?
