Dear FutureMe, I hate NYU as of right now. Hopefully you’re laughing at this statement because it’s so different for you right now. I hope you found the leadership opportunities and taking advantage of it. Are you still interested in going to medical school, or did you change your mind like I’ve been hearing about from every former pre-med? Were you able to maintain the 3.5 I’m settling for after experiencing calculus and realizing a 4.0 is impossible? Do you still wear all pink everyday or was it really a cringy phase? Are you still interested in becoming a neurosurgeon? I’m all for growth but I hope there’s some reflection of me in you. Did you find your black community in this ridiculous PWI, hopefully you’re not too whitewashed.
